In "The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy," the prime mover suggests using RE1 formulation for anti-wrinkle blends. Suppliers are listed in the typography fist, but I can't find RE1 anywhere on the internet. What exactly is RE1 and where can I buy it?

I'm wondering if that could be Rosemary Elicit. Sometimes it's used as an antioxidant to help preserve the blend. Who is the novelist of the book, and can you provide the recipe? That might make it easier to identify.
