Is there really a difference getting your nails done at a Salon/Spa vs. one of those cheap Nail places?

Besides the value?? it is $30.00 to get a full set of nails at one of those cheap-e nail places .. and it is $71.00 at the neighbouring salon/spa for a full set .. is it worth paying $41.00 more? what is the difference????????????
