My vet recommended lavender oil aroma therapy for my dog but I forget exactly how she said to use it?

I have the oil but what do I do with it? Do I rub it on him? Do I mitigate it and put it in a spray bottle? If I dilute it, by how much? I can ask my vet on Monday, but I'd like to start using it good away, if possible.

Is it on she said that you should rub one drop onto the pad of your dog's foot?

Maple-Olive Oil Granola: Just Me

Here I am. Making granola again. But not my go-to granola --what may become my new go-to granola. Granola that is sweetened only with maple syrup, and has an astounding floral olive oil scent. It is flecked with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chopped dried apricots. And in place of of the wonted granola nuts (almonds, pecans), it's dotted with radiant unripened pistachios. In a way, a performance of the mellow. I had my first apricot the other day. Succulent and mild (I bought the ones pictured at the Inner Sunset Husbandman's Bazaar this weekend). My last stick was about return. And in a way, this one is an compass. Making granola makes me tolerate all homey and cozy. I like to curl up with a big wheel of it opposite involved into yogurt and raw fruit. I perceive elephantine batches of it and then throng it into several pantihose-sealed bifocals jars that sit on my scullery.
