Not every day. But sometimes the whiff of rotting junk overwhelms odour controls to settle in suburban backyards and in attached-developing plazas.

“Outside in the parking lots you will smell a unimportant bit of a pungent odour,” said Paul Dietrich. He’s dollop to develop the Boardwalk shopping complex that straddles west Kitchener and Waterloo on Ira Needles Boulevard, beside the landfill.
