my bedroom on 2nd floor has a weired odor smells like burned wires everytime when i turn on my heating system.?

my parents' bedroom on 1st floor also has this kind of smell, but other parts of my infamous lack this kind of smell. It is a two-storey house has no basement. anyone could recognize the smell go? would this cause health problems like cancer?
It is an event every day with central air electric heaters.
Cause: The air blows through the heating elements during the summer months and features lots of dust on them.

Pipes in justice facility smell
“The meet was put together because we have had some issues with the sewer and vent piping at the justice facility,” Russell Ferber, bodily facilities director said. “The pipes seem to be corroding which created some fetor,” he said.
The county is looking at possibly spending $1 million to ease the situation.
But Administrator James Mielke cautioned the cost understand is very preliminary. “Right now there is a range of dollars and until we have some specifications put together and bid it out, we won’t have a unshakable cost,” he said. “We could be roughly in the $1 million extent.
“We are looking at two tracks at this point,” Mielke said. “We are usual to have to continue to determine the actual cause and continue working on that until we have some gladden level to pinpoint the cause. While doing that work with the plumbing mechanic and architect, we need to put some information together to accomplish the pipe replacement and realize the potential of bid specifications,” the administrator said.
