Essential Oil Formulation RE1?

In "The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy," the novelist suggests using RE1 formulation for anti-wrinkle blends. Suppliers are listed in the typography hand, but I can't find RE1 anywhere on the internet. What exactly is RE1 and where can I buy it?

I'm wondering if that could be Rosemary Pluck. Sometimes it's used as an antioxidant to help preserve the blend. Who is the litt of the book, and can you provide the recipe? That might make it easier to identify.

The book is filled with some benign low-down. However, There is no refuge statistics for the oils presented.
