Essential Oil Formulation RE1?

In "The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy," the framer suggests using RE1 formulation for anti-wrinkle blends. Suppliers are listed in the typography hand, but I can't find RE1 anywhere on the internet. What exactly is RE1 and where can I buy it?

I'm wondering if that could be Rosemary Develop. Sometimes it's used as an antioxidant to help preserve the blend. Who is the founder of the book, and can you provide the recipe? That might make it easier to identify.
