Do you ever tip your beautician or massage therapist at the beauty spa?

Rightful like to know if people ever tip their beauticians or massage therapists at the beauty salon/spa in the UK? I always tip if I'm blithe with the overall service and generally I'm always happy with the service so i tip.
I mull over you should tip them a little something for the holidays if you are always using the same salon or person, but here is my bit rant on tipping.
